Pros

- Free instant coffee, sweet hot chocolate and sugary, synthetic juice (you'll be one of their customers buying diabetic supplies) - Welcome kit (good mug, organizer and shirt)

Cons

- Sadly, training is short and ineffective. Imagine, more than half of the class fails and get terminated. This simply means the problem is with the training team and not the agents. If they keep on laying people off. They are wasting talent. I have never experienced a company like this. - Compensation is lower compared to some BPOs and even uncompetitive against other in-house companies - Cardinal Health is on the Top 14 of the Fortune 500 companies. Earning so much yet the compensation and benefits offer is cheaper than some BPOs. Mind you, they say they are "In-house." - Poor HMO Plan. They never oriented us about the HMO coverage. I was expecting they would hand us a good healthcard as we work with one of the world's best healthcare company. Well, well, well! They gave us a poor plan. Really poor coverage. If you wanna join this company, go ahead and experience it yourself.
