      Remote workforce, but really that's only to sell off office space and generate more revenue so the company looks appealing to shareholders.

      Pharma Digital Solutions leadership is out of touch with reality. Trying to launch a new e-commerce platform that has been 5 years in the making and is still not operational. Turnover is high in an industry which takes at least 3-4 years to feel knowledgeable in. Failures at all levels. Build v buy analysis of several key capabilities should have been completed
