      Can be a good place with the right Leadership.

      Cons

      When leadership is making decisions that benefit them and not the company it effects the overall moral and people want to quit. If you do well, you get more work without more pay. Almost zero promotion opportunities within.

      Solid low stress job

      Pros

      The job was very simple. Managers were very accomodating in terms of fexible hours and time off requests. They were also very understanding and helpful when asking questions. Keep your numbers up and stay safe and this job is laid back and easy. They also are more loyal to their employees than most employers this size are. Lots of opportunities to fill other vacant positions.

      Cons

      The job can be too simple and boring. After your first month or so, every night feels the same and if you like a job that challenges you, this ain't it. Full time employees work mandatory overtime. Wasn't an issue for me as a part timer, but this is a deal breaker for me personally.
