Manager will state "we want you to have have role, give us a couple more months and will will open another promotion." False promises, layoffs (done through zoom at 4 a.m.) to save bottom line, even though division beat metrics and surpassed revenue goals. Company likes to support employees whom lie and create drama; yet, the hard working member, is treated poorly and pointed out as not being a team player (simply because they don't want to gossip).
