work from home and valuable pto

Cons

To be honest the processes of the order status is overwhelming and many facets that were not trained as thoroughly should have been, and it causes the inability to ineffectively assist the patients. I don’t feel part of a team environment not much communication and after 5pm it is hard to get assistance in chat from anyone as well! Rude patients from time you go available to assist on phones and for all the processes of work need to pay better and not write up when need time off and dont have pto to use!

You will definitely grow in this company from working different LOBs. There are a lot of benefits too. HMO with 2 dependents from your first day, Referral fee, bonuses, etc.
