      Pros

      I’ve been really pleasantly surprised during my tenure at Cardinal. People from the top down treat each other with respect and support each other. I haven’t seen this level of openness about being imperfect at any other company and it helps us support each other better and have compassion. We get a lot done but also have balance. I’ve seen a lot of internal promotions.

      Cons

      They don’t give you a work phone - you have to use your personal one.

      Pros

      Cardinal has a great mission and vision in the Healthcare space. They are dynamic and growing YoY. Lots of opportunities to work within the company and network with people from different departments.

      Cons

      Depending on your department, leadership can feel slow paced. It's up to you to network with the right people to give yourself more opportunity (not really a con).
