      They've got an overall good structure, and it's a large company so they can do some more interesting things.

      Cons

      I have a disability, and I've tried to secure accommodation, but my managers have been reluctant to help, and have used my accommodations as evidence to fire me, but refused to acknowledge that it's discrimination.
