      They care about the employees Opportunities to grow in the long term. They will train in different areas of the warehouse and how to use different tools.

      Cons

      This job is specifically very repetitive so that you will get bored. It is also physically intense for the body. Good for a start or students.

      Everything else. Depends on location, but work environment can be extremely toxic, allow employees to make blatant accusations without any evidence and will also reward those employees instead of reprimanding them. If you want to keep your mental health and sanity in check, stay far away.
