Pros
- Great healthcare plans - Up to 5% matching for 401K - Generous amount of Paid-Time-Off to start - Holiday pay - Most co-workers were a joy to work with
Cons
- Low hourly pay - Extremely unprofessional and abusive management - Local regional leader from corporate would constantly start up conversations with employees during site visits, and would go on to complain to management by telling them that the employees were too busy talking to him rather than working. Was a bit odd. - A lot of favoritism from management, leading to some employees undermining and resenting each other.
