      Nice people, good development opportunities

      Cons

      Very political. Leadership and CEO lean very heavily to Democrat policies and constantly want to discuss them within the company. Many times Diversity and Inclusion discussions become political discussions. It makes it difficult to work at a place that basically shoves something down your throat and basically says it doesn't stand with the people who feel differently within the company. No room for debate either.

      None. Gaslighting at its finest.

      Cons

      High turn over and lack of oversight by Senior Management. Work place harassment, bullying, and a plethora of concerns are not addressed by senior management or HR. Retaliation is common practice. Management is concerned about the bottom line, and nothing else. Turn-over is extremely high due to the lack of concern for employee health and well being. No work life balanced and very little opportunity for career or personal growth. Quality mindset is absent.
