      Pros

      PTO, health insurance, 401k, and flexibility with taking time off within reason. That probably depends on the management of where you are. I have great co-workers and the job is enjoyable for me.

      Cons

      Pay is ridiculously low for a company that makes millions upon millions of money and is steadily acquiring other companies and adding services. Upper management seems out of touch. The cost of insurance has increased tremendously but the pay has not. In this economy, that's a crime. CEO makes millions but his employees are struggling. They penny pinch for the smallest things as though they can't afford it.

      I hated everything about this company

      They will blame you for the amount of radiation exposure you get. Bullying, harassment, micromanaging, Dirty conditions, click's, unprofessionalism, Bugs inside the lab and communal areas

      They pay their ceos and higher ups millions of dollars and pay slave wages to their warehouse workers. To be fair that's American capitalism but it has to be called out because they work you like a slave. They even call their workers "pickers". They've just replaced cotton with medical supplies. Horrible, horrible company.
