      Site is a home and Family They take care of each other and support each other

      Cons

      Corporate does not know what they are doing. They keep layoff people and then pushing hiring. They also have been slashing budgets when proclaiming record profits

      Underpaid, micromanaged, little-to-no training, managers are completely unaware of the work and unable to help with any questions Threatened to fire anyone who took off more than twice and denied paid sick leave despite this benefit being outlined in our contracts. Withheld salary when I used my accrued sick time. Had to involve corporate HR and much headache in order to finally get my PTO Overall a very exploitative and shady company
