Pros

None. Manager is a racist and doesnt care what you say. Its her way or the highway.

Cons

No leadership. Current manager thinks she has all the power and doesnt care about her employees mant of us left because of her. Its a sad place to work for

Pros

Great work environment. Fun and friendly people. Very flexible options for remote work; some have more, some have less, but decisions were made on a team basis. Decent leadership, I have seen a few rounds of layoffs in IT, but they were all smaller steps in the same process to right size, they have not happened since. Leaders handed this pretty gracefully and realize people are sensitive to announcements about international expansion. They try to address things very directly. I appreciate their transparency. Decent opportunities, people seem to have high tenure, and they have moved around to different parts of the company. Big commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion -- a little surprising for a company this age and size -- but still more work to do. It can vary between areas. If I leave, I'd definitely come back.

Cons

Can be difficult to get decisions made. Lots of red tape, heavy change control and change management. Budgets are not very flexible, need to plan out what change you want for the whole year and ask for a large sum, rather than smaller increments.

Pros

Flexible work schedule based on business segment needs, diverse and inclusive culture, opportunities for networking, Vision plan excellent, training and educational opportunities for growth are good for entry to mid level.

Cons

Annual bonus structure/incentive very much lacking compared to other organizations. Salary is a bit low for mid-senior level employees compared to similar jobs in other industries. Retirement program average to below average. Promotion can be difficult in some segments, depending on leadership. 18 months in same role before can be promoted or move to a different segment, where other companies often use a 12 month rule. Some middle management competition/conflict amongst the ranks that trickles down stream...causing stress and mission/strategy confusion at times for directs. A great deal of "reinventing the wheel" at the strategy/project level that unnecessarily burns up project hours/effort, slowing delivery time. Too much scrambling last minute towards deadlines, based on this approach, causing additional stress on developers and teams.
