      Depending on your department, mine only had us on phones half a day.

      Cons

      Untrained employees in the company EP that Cardinal recently partnered with, making your work more frustrating. I had a incompetent and distasteful supervisor and manager, who also chose favorites. No growth opportunities unless you like to kiss butt. Very cliquey...shall I go on?

      The absolute worst leadership i’ve ever witnessed. Turn over rate is crazy, managers don’t care. multiple HR reports have been made by numerous people and they still do not care. They only care about how they look, not how employees are treated. Work life balance is terrible as well, expect to work 20 hour shifts and come in on weekends against your will and get written up for it if you don’t comply.
