Pros

Great benefits, room for growth, and investment in people.

Cons

Lower pay, leadership would play politics at the expense of their people. Was bullied and no one did a thing.

Pros

It's a large company, so the pros and cons will differ in each division. If your position allows it, working remotely is nice. This can be a place to get your foot in the door if you are starting in the industry.

Cons

Very unprofessional management and supervisors in my division. Nepotism and locker room mentality and language are pervasive. There is little opportunity for growth unless you have connections with someone higher up. Compensation is below industry and not at all transparent. Employees doing the same job on the same team will have drastically different compensation and benefits. No bonuses and yearly raises are below inflation and industry standards.
