Pay is ridiculously low for a company that makes millions upon millions of money and is steadily acquiring other companies and adding services. Upper management seems out of touch. The cost of insurance has increased tremendously but the pay has not. In this economy, that's a crime. CEO makes millions but his employees are struggling. They penny pinch for the smallest things as though they can't afford it.

Operates like a large publicly traded company, hard to move up internally, lots of layers of management
