      Favoritism, forced flexibility, promising contractors they will convert and never do. Tenure means nothing. Stay far away.

      Pros

      Worked in the moorhead mn branch and the job was good. Management was so nice. Co workers except the trainer were super nice. Travel to numerous locations across MN and ND.

      Cons

      Trainer rushes you, doesn't give you time to learn. Trainer want's things done his way or the highway. Trainer was very rough, aggressive, and didn't have a very good attitude towards people learning the job. Trainer dangerous behind the wheel of the car.
