Great for someone out of high school

Pros

Medical insurance plan. Excellent at hiring employees without any clue as to what they will do.

Cons

Really too many to list. High turnover, stale work environment. Lots of idle time and a high favoritism environment. Advancing opportunities are not there. Don't take the bait if you truly think you'll advance here.

Pros

Great Owner and culture and done great job growing and maintaining high level of competency for newer technologies. Ideal for younger consultants.

Cons

Account manager driven, putting consultants secondary, and not best for senior consultants.

Pros

Fun culture, many opportunities to learn and work with bright people. Provides tools needed to accomplish tasks without moaning about cost, but doesn't spend frivolously.

Cons

Not very much diversity in the office. No training after hire - you're pretty much thrown into the mix expected to perform. Some kind of orientation explaining procedures and processes such as Agile would have been nice.
