      Pros

      Great "bench" policy unlike other contract firms. Challenging work. Deployment to great local companies.

      Cons

      Challenging work; Cardinal does not silo people based upon experience. People are all awesome and highly capable IT professionals, but they are either treated largely as Swiss Army Knifes or the types of work available are not consistent. This leads to a bit of a stressful situation.
