It used to be good, but has gone down hill

Pros

The people that I work directly with are usually great Health insurance is good - small deductible

Cons

The good managers are no longer with the company The account managers don't know about technology, but they are in charge of proposals and clients - some get upset when they are corrected about technology

Pros

Fun culture, many opportunities to learn and work with bright people. Provides tools needed to accomplish tasks without moaning about cost, but doesn't spend frivolously.

Cons

Not very much diversity in the office. No training after hire - you're pretty much thrown into the mix expected to perform. Some kind of orientation explaining procedures and processes such as Agile would have been nice.
