      Pros

      Nice office. Lots of free cola. Random food at the office every now and them. Good people, friendly and laid back.

      Cons

      They completely mistimed their market. Didn't train folks enough on the technologies they wanted them to use. Questions were dismissed and left employees hung out to dry.
