Patience you must have, padawan... Judging from your level, you are new to consulting. "Bench Time" is a common thing in the consulting world. Enjoy the downtime and make good use of it! You can take a variety of online training courses, study for certifications, etc. The process of closing a project is complex, involves many factors, and can occasionally take longer than anticipated. I will make sure that our Practice Managers review their current Bench Plans to make sure they are productive for all. --DM

Pros

Great & fun culture. Latest and greatest technology. Still has a small feeling especially when working on a small team at customer.

Cons

You will be doing a lot of augmentation work unless you are one of the lucky ones who work on a real project team.

Great for college grads or for someone looking for experience in various industries Nice office and company events

Cons

All training and meetings are after work hours If you are very experienced and in a senior role, not a lot of room for growth because of the size of the company.
