Pros
A lot of room for advancement. Managers who truly care about the employees and make it a point to interact and discuss opportunities with them. Competitive pay and benefits. Being a part of Visa allows for really great stock opportunities and benefits. I was waiting until I was working here for a decent amount of time before I wrote a review, its been over 2 years now and I have no plans of looking for work elsewhere.
Cons
The industry can be difficult to grasp if you don't have a payments background, so the learning curve for onboarding can be steep.
