With rapid expansion comes growing pains but I think Cardinal is playing its cards in a reasonable manner: Slowly hiring and waiting for the right talent. The other downside is that the information is highly specialized (eCommerce transactions) so the learning curve is REALLY steep. They literally have a booklet about all the acronyms that they use. The information also seems "propriety" to their domain, so branching off into something other than online transaction might be tough. There is another potential con that I initially thought was going to be problematic: not being able to work from home. It turned out I actually enjoy coming into work. Some people do work from home but it's not common.
