      Pros

      People are very nice and welcoming. love what they do. want to service the customer and make the company better. offer great benefit package and competitive salary. like that employees can earn quarterly bonuses. younger company that is growing, so have the ability to make suggestions. most recently have been doing more for employees and the community.

      Cons

      Some of the original employees have not worked elsewhere, and may take some time convincing of new technologies or ways to do things. they too are very passionate though. need more controls, processes and procedures.

      Pros

      Cardinal is a great place to get started with your career. They have the best managers I have ever worked for with interest in your personal growth and development.

      Cons

      The company is run by the founders which are best friends and stick together. They could be much further along if they would put business first and friendship second.

      Great company plagued by bad management

      Pros

      There are a ton of really bright, creative people working here. The software we build is really cool and fantastic and used by big name e-commerce customers around the entire world. Pay and benefits is pretty good.

      Cons

      The management is very dysfunctional. It starts with having seemingly two dozen vice presidents for a company with less than 150 people. A number of the higher ranking people are longstanding employees who seem to have been promoted because they have been around a long time and not because they are well-suited for management. In fact, there are some outright nasty, rude people in key positions because the CEO loves them. The result is a lot of good people come and go quickly because those who are "favored" in or by management make life miserable for the rest of us newer people. We are also expected to work ridiculous hours and be on call all the time.
