      Growing Industry, Great Benefits, Low Pay vs. Market

      Pros

      Very accommodating environment of helpful and hardworking employees. Constantly evolving industry. Many opportunities to entertain new careers within the company and encouragement from management to do so. Great Benefits from VISA. CEOs know everyone’s names.

      Cons

      Very low pay for the amount of time, effort, and level of expertise you must accrue in order to meet your job requirements. People who have been here the longest are the most close-minded.

      Pros

      A good place to retire. People spent 2 hours lunch and don't care about leaving early or coming late. Now they have benefits which are better.

      Cons

      A lot of people don't know what they are doing. Boss can hire people base on personal relationships and send non-tech people to manage front-line tech teams. The company keeps lying about their product performance claimed to have everything which they don't have. Fooling around the customers and also their own mother company now.

      Pros

      People are very nice and welcoming. love what they do. want to service the customer and make the company better. offer great benefit package and competitive salary. like that employees can earn quarterly bonuses. younger company that is growing, so have the ability to make suggestions. most recently have been doing more for employees and the community.

      Cons

      Some of the original employees have not worked elsewhere, and may take some time convincing of new technologies or ways to do things. they too are very passionate though. need more controls, processes and procedures.
