Nothing! My experience working here has been nothing but miserable!

Cons

Stay away from Care Access! All they care about is making as big a profit as they can, even if it's to the detriment of their employees! You'll be subjected to brutal workloads, low paying salaries, and forced overtime. And if the company ever needs to cut costs, they won't hesitate to lay you off immediately, and they won't even bother compensating you, much less help you find another job!

I can't believe how poorly this company treats its employees. It's clear that the bottom line is their only priority, and the well-being of their workforce is an afterthought at best. Staff are overworked, underpaid, and the company shows no interest in providing adequate support or benefits. They constantly push unrealistic deadlines without regard for work-life balance, and it's obvious they care more about cutting costs than investing in their employees' health or happiness. Any attempt to raise concerns is met with resistance or complete indifference. It’s disheartening to see a company that claims to value its people, but in reality, it’s just a numbers game. If you’re looking for a workplace where you're valued and respected, look elsewhere. Care Access will leave you burnt out and frustrated.
