      Still get nightmares out of my experience working there

      Exposure to multiple research fields and clinical experience.

      Cons

      This is the most toxic work environment you'll ever encounter. Micromanagement is abundant with extremely heavy workload and not enough support to manage the workload. The company is always understaffed, so each employee is overworked. They've lost so many incredibly hardworking employees because of this. Also, they will fire you for simply asking for the benefits that were promised to you. No one should join this place under any circumstance!

      My co-workers are the only competent ones here.

      Our leaders here at Care Access are too incompetent and inefficient. Most of our managers are terrible at communicating, and they often don't give out instructions completely. The leadership's poor communication skills have a negative effect on the overall workplace productivity and the employees' well-being.

      There are no pros about this place. It sucks!

      Worst management and owner I've ever dealt with. Upper management is totally numbers and stats driven, always pressing overworked, stressed-out staff to work harder & faster. There is so much work that you can't get questions answered timely. They are also quick to lay off or fire employees, so beware - you might be in and out of a job in no time at all.
