      Pros

      Good concept. Some definite success possible with the idea of decentralized trials. Integrated sites seems less sure footing.

      Cons

      All processes are fragmented so as to “divide and conquer”. Which means the role of CRC has been minimized and become a job for HS grads. Not sure how this will play out in a complex health field.
