      reaching out to communities have ample funds can provide a lot of experience

      unorganized scheduling bad communications between departments alot of pushes due to waiting last minute on deadlines to many hands in one pot

      Gives you the opportunity to travel with reimbursement. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Poor management from the very top. No one is on the same page. Be prepared to be overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated. Every department is understaffed with no help coming anytime soon. There's no teamwork and colleagues are mostly fake to each other and love blaming anyone. If you get an offer here, please think about it many may times because there are a lot more better companies.
