There are many reasons why the attrition rate at Care Access is high. Terrible leadership, no proper training, a failed HR department, and a lack of accountability from the company just to name a few. The money may be good but it will be temporary, and the headaches are not worth it.

Working for Care Access has been nothing but a positive experience thus far. They care about the work they do and show their employees they care about them. I’ve never felt more valued in a place of employment as I do with Care Access. They are changing the standard methods of clinical research and setting an industry standard of how employees should be treated. The career path is endless with opportunities to move into different positions or advance in your respected area of interest. Offering remote, on-site, and hybrid positions, you have the flexibility you need all while still establishing strong work connections and good routines.

Cons

Some may see long work hours as a con, but with the total benefits and compensation package, it makes it easy to work hard.
