There’s a serious lack of respect for employees here. You're constantly treated like you’re expendable, and your contributions are rarely recognized. If you’re not constantly on edge, you’re made to feel guilty for not working harder. When employees raised issues about the volume of work or unrealistic deadlines, their concerns were often downplayed. The only reason many people stay in this job is because of the current state of the economy and people feel stuck. But it's clear that there's no real incentive to remain beyond financial necessity.
