Pros
Love the ability of ownership in the local market I am allowed in my role, flexibility within the job, and performance being based on outcome and the micro-management of duties or schedules.
Cons
Due to being a start-up and the incredible growth, there is a lot of cross-reporting to different departments, and managers, and a lack of communication. Things can be one way one minute and a completely different way the next due to someone else being involved or a new position being created.
