Thank you for your positive review of Care Dimensions. We do take pride in our staff members, who pull together to deliver the best quality of care for our patients and families. Yes, we have grown considerably and continue to do so. As you noted, it’s important that we “work smarter and not harder,” and we value input from employees at all levels to help us become more efficient. In following up on the company’s selection as one of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare in 2018, we are using surveyed employees’ comments to address issues of concern.
