We work hard to design our benefits to offer tuition reimbursement, sholarships, and student pay-down and refinancing program. We encourage our saff to seek higher education that can lead to career advancement. In regards to our compensation, we conduct extensive market sureverys of our packages in compararison to other employers in our industry. CareDimensions was formed as an all-volunteer organization in 1978. We are now the largest hospice organization in Massachusettts with a staff of over 700, yet we maintain our nonprofit status and are committed to caring for our patients and our team members. We are proud to offer competitive compensation in a nonprofit environment.
