Cons

Unreliable benefits due to nature of business (i.e. home health). Caseload fluctuates, therefore, so does salary.

Great pay for just 30 minute sessions. My supervisors were very helpful and always available.

Cons

My caseload was too spread out. I was thrown in as a new grad and could have used a mentorship program in the beginning.

While COFK appreciates the statement that compensation is good, COFK does not endorse limited 30 minute visits and factually, the Company's statistics show average time per patient (face to face) exceeds 45 minutes; inclusive of parent/guardian training-updating, this exceeds 60 minutes (1 hour). COFK clinical philosophy is to "treat to serve" and "treat to achieve clinical goals". Our goal as an organization is to reach those goals as quickly as possible over the tenure of a child's treatment sessions.
