As a mental health therapist, it is refreshing to work alongside the medical model to make sure patients are getting all around healthcare. CareATC genuinely cares about preventing burnout by limiting the number of patient sessions daily and having monthly supervisor check ins. Another pro includes the small team environment that allows you to get to know your coworkers

Cons

The clinic is open for 8 working hours with a 1 hour lunch that the clinic closes for. Sometimes the 1 hour lunch is appreciated but sometimes the 9 hour day away from home is difficult

Finally being able to practice medicine the way it should be has been life changing! Having the time to sit and get to now my patients as well as being able to address all of their needs has proven for some amazing health outcomes! Education is key and I am honored to have the time to do that!

I have been with CareATC for 2 years now, and this company is one of the best places I’ve ever worked. The leadership team is extremely supportive, always available for guidance, and they truly care about the well-being of both employees and patients. The patient care standards here are top-notch, and the work environment is collaborative and positive. There’s a strong focus on professional development with plenty of opportunities for continuing education, which I really appreciate. The pay is competitive, and the benefits package is good; including health insurance, 401K, and PTO,

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any major cons to share. The company has been great overall, and any challenges that do arise are typical of the industry.
