I Love working for CareAtc because they are a caring company. They seem to care not only about their patients, but also about their employees. I believe they want the best for both. Benefits are great with this company also.

I love the people I work with and love the executives. I believe in our company and what we offer our clients.

Cons

-Many times, there is quite a bit of miscommunication between management. It would make everyone's job easier if everyone were on the same page. -new products or technology is rolled out too quickly...before the bugs are worked out.

CareATC has a culture unlike any other! We do our best to constantly stay positive, however if problems or conflicts arise, we work together to solve them. There is a lot of room for career growth in the company as well which is amazing! We are very supported by our senior leaders and directors!

Cons

At the rate we are growing, it's hard for our department to get ahead!
