Pros
I enjoy working at CareATC. Although being away from the corporate office has it's disadvantages, our office manager makes it a point to involve us in things that directly effect the clinics. There are pretty awesome benefits, incentives and goodies - like awesome cups and jackets! Our patients are really what makes this job so great, though. Having a limited patient base makes it much easier to form personal and lasting bonds with out patients. Some even stop by just to say hi!
Cons
Distance from our corporate office is definitely a down fall. Without the communication from the OM, we feel we wouldn't have any type of connection with them. There is also a level of miscommunication and disorganization at some points, but truly that can be found anywhere.
