Pros

Great benefits, especially no cost clinic access and medications. Opportunity for advancement/promotions. Leadership truly cares about the employees. Worklife balance with option to work remotely. Our company model focuses on maintaining good health or improving the health of our clients' employees. This is a win not only for the individual, but also for the client. Great co-workers!

Cons

Bonus opportunity is only available to select employees.

Pros

The culture is really strong and apparent throughout the company. With a focus on creating value for employers and employees by improving health outcomes through education and access, the work is meaningful and easy to buy in to. The company is nimble and focused on effective and effective work processes and investments that best serve the organization, CareATC employees and CareATC clients. The executive team is experienced, focused and aligned which enables the rest of the organization to perform at its best and reduce barriers and "red tape". Access to 100% free care at an CareATC clinic is an enormous benefit for employees.

Cons

CareATC has room for improvement to invest in internal technology, benefits, and resources, however, I am confident those investments will come in the future as the organization grows and continues exceed financial and strategic goals.
