Few smart people but they are burnt our.

Cons

Works you to death This company allows you to work from home but it benefits them. Its not a perk to the employees. The expectations is that you work 10 hour days. Meeting after 5 PM, meetings at 8 am. Forget lunch. No such thing at that company. People are so burnt out they are leaving. They hire offshore consultants to make their investors money. Consults get to work 6-8 hours and then they get to go home. The employees have to pickup the slack ro complete stuff. Releases are planned on weekends...you are expected to work give up your person/family time but they don’t compensate for your time. Again working a lot of hours a week.

There are no PROs - this company, at one time hired a new management layer in BT (everyone else calls IT) this layer which is responsible for the daily care and well being of the company displays a complete lack of trust in the successes made, and a complete disregard for tribal knowledge in the company

Cons

If you are technical - run, don't walk, away. They have absolutely destroyed what little talent was there. There are some visionaries that remain, but the leadership of BT has single-handly destroyed the desire to succeed. Bringing in people who lack skill (lack knowledge of industry, lack knowledge of environment, lack technical knowledge) but empowers them to overrule all decisions by those still remaining.
