- Good compensation -Great benefits - Annual bonus - Mostly remote positions - Company regularly conducts anonymous surveys and then actively makes changes to address the concerns employees bring up - In general a good place to work full of great coworkers

Cons

- Salaried positions may require uncompensated overtime - Depending on the dept. or position, may not have much room for career growth - You may have to speak up and fight for better work/life balance

Moving the majority of our team to a full-time work from home arrangement was a decision that we made based on direct feedback and input from our team members. They have alot of overtime due to people quitting or getting fired

Cons

If you make a mistake, they will write you up and it doesn't fall off 3 strikes and your out. Very constrictive. Don't waste your time applying here management sucks
