Honestly hard to come to one. Trauma bonding with colleagues created great friendships.
Cons
This company is on a downward spiral. There is no focus on what created the core business and they have wasted too much money on investments with no pathway to revenue. They take clear advantage of those who are good at their job. Those making business strategy decisions are unfamiliar with the transplant space and it clearly shows. It's clear that half the company is looking for a job as it is near impossible to get anything done by supporting departments like legal or R&D. The HR department is a joke. Don't waste your time filing a complaint. If you don't sell your soul to the company you will never be promoted, especially if you are a woman. And let's not forget most of the VPs in this company are all cronies of the current CEO, with inflated salaries and low IQs.
