Pros

Very patient focused. Lab management is hands on. Business seems to be doing very well. Expectations are clear.

Cons

Benefits are severely lacking in comparison to other biotech companies. Pay is lower than others in the industry. Management on all levels is very resistant to change, still feels like things are stuck in 2005. Overall process is ineffective and inefficient on many levels.

Great benefits and salary, lots of social activities, growth opportunities in most Depts as long as the individual pursues it. Great products.

Cons

Extremely top heavy. Has gotten very political and is turning into one of those corporate cutthroat environments. Many hires are Directors and above. Need more workers that produce and deliver. There are too many Directors and VPs that sit in meetings and talk but don’t produce the deliverables for which they are directly responsible. Most Directors/VPs and senior staff cannot even fulfill their most basic responsibilities and activities. The company seems to have hired leaders that are fearful, incompetent and freeze up under the slightest pressure.
