Pros

Important Pros: - CareFirst takes good care of it's employees. - The benefits are top notch and the work life balance is excellent. Very stable job. - Remote Work - Paid for trainings on the job! - Great place to start your career - Diversity

Cons

The only cons is that CareFirst: - Doesn't push for innovation and can be stagnant at times. Can be boring if your a motivated individual looking for quick growth and learning opportunities. - Hires a lot of outside contractors to deliver important initiatives within IT. This doesn't bode well for the associate's learning opportunities and creates technical debt as contractors don't really care what happens after they leave.
