Since the new CEO started in 2018 the company has gone through a lot of changes, almost none of them well-implemented. There is a lot of lip service to equity and inclusion, but it's mostly for publicity. It's not a great place for anyone with actual expertise or education because most of the way people succeed is highly political. Lots of lay-offs recently, even as they hire for shiny new positions .
