Pros

1) Relaxed work environment. 2) Everybody is nice. 3) Good benefits.

Cons

1) Most things move at glacial pace. 2) Don't be surprised if emails get ignored routinely, tickets take ages to be resolved, etc 3) There's been change going on the last couple of years resulting in constant reshuffling which makes it hard to focus or plan long term. 4) Most of the technical work is done by contractors leaving many internal developers with just coordination work.
