Pros

Good pay, Benefits and PTO and yearly incentives/bonuses.

Cons

They make changes or merge departments and don’t tell you you may not have a job after that. Job security seems good BUT you may not have job security unfortunately especially when you see other departments laying off and downsizing. The CEO is great but he wants to save money and the cost people their jobs meanwhile he’s still gainfully employed and able to support his family.

Pros

Remains a remote employer, however classified a hybrid,

Cons

Extremely high turn-over rate. Use of significant consulting service providers. Managers and ELT doesn't get that they are the leaders and as such sets the culture and tone of the company. Trust and transparency are a big issue.

Pros

Opportunity to grow/learn, within an entry level Marketing position. Average Benefits, including employer 100% match for first 1% and .5% for remaining 5% - 401K, 4 weeks of PTO, $0 Generic Rx, reasonable medical benefits (although the State plan is richer). Company goals & mission , a not-for-profit company who can focus on its members vs. shareholders.

Cons

Low base salary and low increase (5.5% or less), if promoted to Product Manager. Changes are made to job levels without justification, where entry level associates are taken advantage of. Marketing staff has a bad internal reputation. Leadership operates with questionable ethics. Promotions are often based on friendship/likability and conformity to the standards set by a Director/VP vs. actual work performance. Fairness of work distribution questionable. Failure of management to mentor/train all employees. Turnover and constant reorganizations.
