      Pros

      Great company atmosphere from a macro POV...lots of paid holidays and some opportunities for upward mobility. Plenty of networking opportunities available.

      Cons

      Cuts come out of the blue so make sure you have a plan B. Management needs work regarding their communication skills and personal accountability.

      The pay is not bad and benefits are good

      Cons

      Senior Management has turf wars constantly and everything is too political here. Expect to work 60 hours+ as a Manager.

      Good benefits, incentive checks, pay, gym, fun activities, opportunities to grow, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and lots of paid holidays.

      Cons

      OT presented as an opportunity. Employees who has been around along time, have a sense of entitlement. Not being able to park on the lot.
