      Good health benefits and matching 401k program.

      Cons

      New leadership is cutthroat and frugal to a fault. Got rid of company cell phones about a year ago to save a buck, which is laughable for a company it’s size. Volatile and toxic environment. Loyalty, tenure, competency and good performance means nothing to them. If they need a job number for another function, they won’t hesitate to cut whoever.
